Canconnect to PTR,
Can connect to Asia,
Can connect to US,
Can not connect to EU servers
(“Connection Lost” error after “Entering Game” phase)
Also my friends list is gone.
I’ve tested another blizzard account on this machine, and it works fine.
I’ve tested my account on another machine, and gave it to my friend to be tested on his machine (another country) - same error.
So this is an account specific issue rather than a connection or client specific one.
At least I know that it’s not only me.
I’m having this same problem althiugh i’ve only tried americas in addition to eu. A Friend of mine can connect to eu servers no problem.
Edit. I tested on my other account and have no problems logging in.

Same here. This account cant log/no friendlist and logging with other account works fine.
How many hours we need to wait that blizz reacts? I want my comp points from last day of the season.
Same here, i’ve tried to reinstall the game, restart my computer but nothing works…
So to me it just says that it cant connect to the game servers and asks me to log in again, US servers work just fine but i dont have an alt account to check if it would work
Haven’t tried different region, but it’s for sure an account problem, my sister is playing right now on EU and she’s basically right next to me, My account tho had the same problem on the computer she’s using
Make sure to post in the EU forum for issues connecting to the EU servers.
same here i can play on na server and ptr, tried to logging on a different pc with a different ISP but still nothing changed, and my friends list is blank.
