Can't buy Golden weapons after season 2 update

When I go to a hero, any hero, the option to buy their golden weapon for 3,000 competitive points isn’t available.

I am guessing this is a bug? If so, I have reported it.

I am also having this issue- I have over 4k competitive points and the unlock button is completely greyed out and I cannot unlock a new one.

Same thing here. Was checking on how some of the new skins would look like with the golden guns and the option isn’t even there. The only thing there is a grey lock.

Yeah i don’t have the ability to purchase either, they borked something.

Same. I have gathered 3500 competitive points to buy a gold gun. but when I decided to do so, I couldn’t. The “Unlock” button was greyed out

It looks just as unavailable as all of the cosmetics that aren’t available because they’re out of season or not in the shop.

Most likely Blizz is going to start selling comp points. They reward you less and only for your highest rank. No point in me grinding support or tank anymore for the points. sigh

Just adding my name to this list affected. Few of my friends also said they had locked option with no way to purchase gold guns.
