Cant buy golden gun with over 3000 comp points

Yeah this is a bug currently and ow is aware and working on it, all we can do is wait for a hot fix…

I’ve got the same problem I just want to get my Ana Gold gun and I have 4600 comp points but it won’t let me get one it just says I don’t have enough

I’ve recently went to purchase illiari golden weapon since I’ve accumulated 3000 competitive points and it say I don’t have enough. do we know around what time frame will this get fixed

Same issue, can’t get golden weapon for Sombra.
Even though I have enough. I have both legacy and new comp points but it won’t let me

Under the bug report forums it said it’s been a known issue for like 3-4 days so I would check back on Monday maybe for a hot fix or update

Ah, I was creating the ticket for this, but it seems it’s already been reported.
I really want the Juno’s golden weapon :smiley:

Have the same issue as well and I have 3300 comp points trying to get Juno Gold gun.

Attempting to buy Ana Golden Guns while having 3.2k NEW comp points, getting error “YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM”.
Seems like the same issue as everyone else here.

Yup this is what day 6 after Dives… cant spend the currency from the dives…

Seems like a 5 minute fix to me… how bout some compensation comp points for this delay.
