Cannot Submit Tickets - Support Site Broken

i’ve been trying to request a ticket for a good bit now!

i can submit all of the info needed - including even a photo, though after clicking the submit button it just ends up loading and playing its spin animation endlessly.

ive tried a different browser, no extensions, cache, cookies & even attempted submitting the request on mobile, though nothing works for me.

this is somewhat of a last ditch effort as all of the other contact channels (even the ancient support@blizzard.com) that ive been able to find have have been unsuccessful for me.

am i missing something? what do i do?

Same here. Todays the last day I can even get help with this issue, and I already know its a lost cause. They lied to me and now that ive partially fixed my issue, I cant submit a ticket to just fix the last part of the issue im having

Yep. Having this issue as well. Being blamed for things and I can’t even respond back.
