Simply put, as the title says. I cannot screenshot OW2.
I play in borderless windowed as I have always had some PC issues when running fullscreen and when I contacted support in the past nothing they tried helped and I was suggested to just play borderless windowed, which I have been doing ever since.
When I do try to screenshot, a black screen with just the ingame cursor is produced.
The fact the screenshot is showing the cursor but nothing else has baffled me because it means it is seeing the game, right?
Screenshots do work in fullscreen but as mentioned, this causes my PC issues so is not really a viable solution.
