Hello Blizzard team,
I’m reporting a serious and persistent bug with my Overwatch account on PlayStation. I have tried every suggested troubleshooting step — including reinstalling, relinking my account, region switching, DNS flushing, and more — but the problem is clearly account-level.
Here’s what’s wrong:
• I cannot queue into Quick Play or Role Queue — they appear, but clicking them does nothing.
• My Social tab is completely empty — I can’t see any of my friends, though they can see me online.
• I do not gain Battle Pass XP after matches, and I don’t see progress in the XP bar.
• Everything else (UI, coins, menus) looks normal, but key gameplay functions are broken.
I’ve submitted a ticket, posted on the forums, and even provided screenshots to Support (which confirmed this is deeper than syncing). They directed me here to ensure this reaches the right team.
Please help escalate and investigate this — I love this game, and I’ve spent money on it. I just want to play again with my friends.
