Cannot log in to game ** SingTel Fiber **

I am able to log into the battle.net app and launch overwatch normally until when the game is trying to enter game server then suddenly says lost connection to server. I dont know what to do also i was playing the game just fine earlier on the same day . i am able to log in to asia and PTR just fine, but only having problems with american servers. I have also tried uninstalling the game and it does not work
I know its only my account so far that has been effected as i can log in to the game using my friend’s account with no problems.

same here cannot log in no matter how many tries. The game keeps saying that i lost connection to server.

Any chance you use SingTel as an ISP?

The game disconnects me and now i get Game Server Connection Failed… Cant even get the courage to play comp now due to constant DC’s.
Honestly every patch there is some kind of problem… and jesus christ its annoying.

Same. I keep randomly d/c from servers and losing SR. My wifi connection is decent, and it didnt resolve when I switched to a cable connection

What’s strange is I played an entire No Limits game as Hammond with no problem. Then, switched to a Mystery game and it started back up. My connection is fine. I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting. Nothing works.

Yea, seems like the problem is with Singtel Internet, I tried tethering from my mobile, and was able to get into the game.

My mobile provider is also SingTel, but somehow that connection works. They must’ve done something on their end because it seems like singtel users cant get into the game now.

I cant run a WINMTR as I’m unable to enter the game, it says:
Connecting… >>
Searching for Game Server… >>

Hey there Grrumm,

I know this issue is a pain, but please bear with us here. On the WinMTR steps, it does have a section that says “If our server is down”. Please follow the steps there.

Same thing here. I’m using Singtel as well. PTR and Asia server works, I just can’t log into Americas server.

I cant upload links, and there doesnt seem to be a way to upload a text file.
