Cannot launch the game

Every time I try to launch the game, it begins to launch but then the screen goes back and just boots me to the home screen. I have already changed the services started on boot, so I know that it is not a lack of memory. This kinda really sucks because the new event/PvE looks so fun.

Actually, after reading a few posts from people that had similar issues, I decided to delete synapse an reinstall and that seemed to work. Thank you for time though!
