since around the halloween update i believe, i still cannot crouch and walk forward. i can move sideways and backwards but not forward. Ive tried resetting the game to default and it did not fix it. i don’t see a option for it anywhere, can someone help? ive even reinstalled
Since resetting game options did not work, did you try to do that in other games or just in widows in notepad for example? I mean pressing CTRL+W. Could be that your keyboard just broke and the combination of the CTRL+W makes it stop working - I got something similar when I poured coffee into my keyboard once, but in my cause N and M keys simply stop working :Z. Or maybe you bound CTRL+W to do something in Battlenet application by accident.
if i hold CTRL + W i hear a Beep, other than that nothing else happens, ive tried in other games, ive tried in windows notepad.
if it does the same thing in other games etc then it is problem with windows or if you have gaming keyboard may be problem with a macro being binded to ctrl+w, both you could do by accident. I would recommend google “how to bind shortcuts in Widows 10 (or whatever wins you have” to see how to undo it and same with "how to bind shortcuts makro with keyboardXY (depending what your keyboard is called if you have gaming keyboard).
Have you found a fix for this problem? Im currently experiencing the same thing and nothing seems to work at fixing it. It also seems like no one on the internet has ever experienced a problem like this before…
I also have the same problem, I think it’s something related to the operating system, I’ve already tested about 3 different keyboards, I’m going to have to format the system
