i wanted to know how system works in order to play without toxic kids being 4 stack blaming it on you every single game.
If you typed once in a single game and then all followed reports ( even the matches after) will be accepted because you typed something? ( So basicly a report spam)
Or if you leave voice, but you cant leave chat, only silence it. When you are reported will it even count?? Being a just cumulative system i wonder if it is enough to just leave it.
One game of a full report from like 8 people isn’t enough to silence you. You would need to do something in multiple games. So no. If you got those kids back to back in different games and they reported you in every game, then yes…you could and most likely would see an action taken against your account…silencing could be one of them.
yes but how if they don’t have ANY logs on you, withouth chatting you can’t offend anyone… what is even sence in it?
seems very Italian42’ way of doing things. You shouldn’t talk, but even if you don’t type or talk enough reports is enough to action you. lol

They should add an option to switch off completly all comunication to prevent this report harassment
Yeah this happened to me too, a couple weeks ago and I haven’t bothered playing recently. Out of curiosity are you a tank player? I kept getting paired with 4 stacks that were blaming me and begging enemy team for false reports in allchat.
There is none. It’s done by threshold. You could say nothing and still get chat bans. You can say nothing offensive and get bans (as you’ll see many threads on here talk about).
They don’t care. Their system has next to no integrity but they don’t care, because it costs money to have human moderators for this. Some will even tell you appealing decisions to Blizzard (like the alleged GMs who talk to you) is done by AI.
The only thing you’d have on your side is that you never said anything. So IF that’s the case, and IF you get a GM that’s actually helpful or IF you contact them multiple times for answers, you might get unbanned. Their service times, however, are so poor that you may as well just eat the ban instead of wasting your time bothering to contact a barebones, unhelpful dept.
They should do a lot of things that they probably never will.
I wouldn’t worry about it unless you are calling someone names or being toxic towards other people. Blizzard can see the chat and voice logs.
I’ve been playing Rein all this season and I’ve been “reported” like probably a dozen times this past week alone just for hard sticking to Rein all match lol. People will report you for whatever but as long as you’re not cursing at or deameaning others, and you are trying in your matches, you’re going to be okay.
In general there is no over sight. They don’t really check the logs to see if you did something, especially not on a “minor temp ban”. Even if ruins your record and makes future bans easier. Even the appeal system is mostly a joke you just get automated responses about them “Reviewing the situation and upholding the original ban”.
While blatantly ignoring anything you say or do. One time I got ban I just asked what I was banned for, just a vague all information was given in an email, which I never got. Strange blizzard sends me every piece of junkmail about their promotions and ads, never get letters from customer support.
Edit: even worse the system can work, if your popular enough. As many famous streamers or Youtubers have had bans over turned, and quickly. Usually within like 24 hours of posting about it on twitter. Happened a lot when things like Top 500 Torb or Sym mains got banned by mass false flags as every one hated them at the time.

I want to know if you said 1 bad thing and that means ALL of FOLLOWING reports will do ban you ( since they see logs and tell you: " you have said this and that so our terms of bla bla" you are responsable of saying that exact thing to 1 person)
Does it make you guilty for ALL the reports?
Or there is a way of never typing anything and nullify this reports?
Suggestion to implement a system that blocks all chat and voice coms, so at least you have an alibi
it literally exists. Go to setting and general and turn off all chat. Disable chat is in the game. As I said one chat reported by everyone (9 other people) in the game will not get you silenced. There is a number of reports that has to be made against you. One bad game is not enough. You do have a chance to correct the behavior. U have to be a continual problem in other people’s games. If you get silenced then you got reported by more than that group of people. Which means you went into more games than just that one and got reported by whomever. Usually you would have received a warning before that took place as well. Some people say they don’t get one, but that’s neither here nor there.
Exactly because even if you did get reported in one game all 9 people probably wont report you for whatever you did or didn’t say. Who knows. But then to worry about it to the extent of making a post about it, it makes OP look like he may have been acting up a bit
I’m confused, any reports made against you are valid unless Blizzard decides they aren’t when they review them. If you didn’t say anything and you get suspended for something you didn’t say, it’s possible it was automated, and you can send Blizzard an appeal.
i made 150 games in s9… my profilo was also opened ( big mistake)
so i Guess i got reported sometimes.
I used to not play ranked since S5 where i Just got annoyed by meta and played QP only
Because it’s not about what you type. It’s about typing itself and being reported in the process. PC Principal counts inexisting things like microsgressions
even if i never typed diff in chat, After 2 years i got silenced again
Just wanted to play soloQ without comunication when i can not be bothered and reported by others for Guide Lines

For sure in a very bad game i called out a tank a dps or whatever in out/their team.
My 2 week Punishement Is totaly deserved.
My Question Is about said few things in 10 games of 150 and being reported. Does 10 bad things count for Every single report?
the main topic question Is if the report counts for the game where i never talked, but for the game from before, even where those players never witnessed It but It Is a true report for other games. ( I think It counts)
like a crime you comited 10years ago but everybody still know It and blames you.

and being able to prove It.
with automatic report count system avoid being banned ( because they Just don’t silence you but later even ban your account - the thing i would like to avoid ). You would rather never be banned for griefing, deranking boosting but you can Always be bannable for chat and comunication.
if you are offchat, can’t see It, should have an alibi.

If you do an in game voice line, those can be reported as well. I had to get rid of the keybind for letting my team know when I had ultimate available. I was silenced last September and I haven’t been in chat, voice or text, since 2021.
