Can we make Mystery Heroes count towards arcade wins?

My favorite arcade mode in Overwatch 1 was mystery heroes. I loved playing that mode. In Overwatch 2, I have spent a decent amount of time chasing challenges for the battle pass so I don’t really play Mystery Heroes much. I never want to play the arcade unless there’s a good event mode. There’s just no draw for me.

Please make Mystery Heroes count towards arcade wins. It’s the only standard “arcade” mode I actually enjoy. And I’d like to get in my arcade wins without playing things I don’t enjoy at all.

Tbh, idk why they just didnt keep mystery heroes as a permanent arcade mode just like they had it in ow1

Also the fact DM is under unranked but TDM isnt, makes no sense.

Agreed…

As long as it stays out of the arcade, I see no issue with it. No mode should be permanent in the arcade.

Just doesnt make sense to me

but at least they balanced that with a limit of heroes. its’ so much ridiculous a situation with triple tanks.

Arcade is pretty messed up in OW2. Most of it doesn’t count towards BP awards, for various reasons. Things like Total Mayhem obviously don’t count due to the numbers it would inflate. Still it basically makes most of arcade no better than playing a custom game.

Given the sheer grind involved with achieving weekly challenges in the system, never mind unlocking the BP levels. Playing a lot of games that don’t count really hurts.

Edit: which leads to either people not caring about the BP rewards… or not playing several game modes.

Unless they made a recent change, it’s not balanced. But that’s part of the fun.

I mean, maybe they should balanced it that way instead of just leaving it unchanged and trashy like all the other arcade modes. But they don’t make it, the same also for deathmatch which allows the choice of tank and support instead of leaving this possibility unbalanced for the custom modes.
