Can we have support for custom hit/kill sounds?

In TF2 you can download and install custom hit sounds/kill sounds for personal use while playing. Can this feature come to OW? I’m sure some people would prefer having a different hit/kill sound or at least a volume slider for the current one.

I think most will just use “AND DEY SAY” as their hit marker sounds.

That should be universal across all heroes.
