Number of Heroes to round out the teams isn’t a problem. Except I think there’s more OW operatives than Talon. Talon could include varients of OW heroes. Genji, for example, was a Talon operative.
Main difference in this mode, whatever team you’re on, or backfill into, represents your roster to choose from. Does Talon have Tanks, other than Sigma?
Maybe this mode could share a collaboration with Mirrorwatch. That way, both teams get Rein.
However, for the sake of this hypothetical, let’s assume it’s just OW.
As for the matches themselves, I was thinking something objective based, but it has to be different from standard OW.
Maybe somebody can help me brainstorm?

Genji was in Blackwatch, a sub-team for Overwatch that would take on classified black-ops missions, not Talon.
Baptiste on the other hand was from Talon, and is the only other Talon support aside from Moira.

I’d opt out of that mode 
I play against them so much as it is.
Add Sombra to that list of delights.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. Looks like Genji’s on OW.
Moira, Bap are supports. Reaper, Widow, Sombra, ect. are DPS. Mauga and Sigma on tank.
And I’ve come up with a loose definition of the gameplay. What if each team scored points by hacking a terminal. The enemy doesn’t want its terminal hacked, classified secrets and whatnot. Sombra is obviously the hacker. She might even be the hacker on both sides, idk.
Anyway, whether it’s Sombra or not, the hacker is the VIP in this escort mission thing. The enemy is going to try to kill her. She, of course, can defend herself like she always has.
Oh great, every game’s going to have a Sombra. 
And Mauga, too.

Overwatch side would be heavy with DPS options.
Wouldn’t Ana fall under that as well since she was a commander?

Yes, that’s true. Nm on that.
It might play out as a variation of CTF, only with a terminal in the heart of the enemy base.
If I remember correctly, Perfect Dark had a game mode like this.
Unless they changed it somehow, like they did with Mirrorwatch, it wouldn’t be an especially interesting gamemode.
Talon would need at least one main line DPS to offset the likes of Soldier, Sojourn and Cree.

And there is Talon’s main weakness. Most of the Heroes are OW, not Talon.
