Seriously, the Talon Sniper is exactly like Ana in every way possible, right down to the Trenchcoat doubling as a cloak and the masked head Ana does in some of her skins.
Please give Talon Sniper as a skin for Ana!

I would like to have it for Widowmaker.
Or just give it for both, no problem in that.
Because she resembles Ana’s shape more than Widowmaker.

Kind of too late for that now because the event is over but maybe next year.
Am I the only one who sees the (relatively) poor texture quality on the talon mook skins?
I know skins don’t have to be 100% accurate but she wasn’t apart of Talon so I don’t see why she would get a Talon skin.

since Ana is not talon, why would you give her a talon skin? Does not make any sense.

She snipes like Widow, has a machine gun like Widow, hookshots like Widow, and is a Talon agent like Widow… I know she looks cool and I like Ana too but I think they’ll be giving it to Widow.
That’s a cool idea, I like it.
P.S. Can we also get headshots? I know… I’m overshooting.
Hanzo, Soldier, and Zarya are not cyborgs and yet they all have alternate universe skins depicting such, like wise, D.Va more than likely has not visited Junkertown in canon. Nor are any of the Overwatch heroes canonically gods or otherwise mythical creatures for that matter.
An alternative universe Talon Ana is hardly out of the question and would make sense given her parallels with Widow.

The Talon sniper is more like Widow than Ana. I would see Widow getting the skin not Ana. But in regard to the alternate universe, have we gotten a Talon skin for anyone who was not in Talon yet? I don’t think so but I could be wrong. Some skins like the ones you mentioned are “what looks cool skins” rather than accuracy of lore.
Eh, I’d agree the pose is a little closer to Widow (though still different) but the clothing seems more reminiscent of Ana to me, and it would seem a bit redundant to give Widow a third prototype skin. That said, for both it wouldn’t be a straight convert, but Ana is certainly in need of more skins.
It’s true they haven’t really done any straight Talon/Overwatch crossover skins yet but that doesn’t mean there won’t be in the future. And yes, the skins mentioned are primarily for “cool” purposes but how would Talon/Overwatch AU skins be any different?
I would say Blizz has a limit to which they would “bend” the lore of the game when not much has been established yet. Its the same with the Blackwatch skins only heroes that were in Blackwatch have the skins. Im not saying it can’t happen but the odds of it happening would be slim. Why would a founding member of Overwatch have a Talon skin? It just doesn’t make a lot of sense and I think it would bring up more questions and inconsistencies about the lore.
Treat it as less of a skin and more like a Moveset Clone, where it’s an entirely different character but they play the same as another character.

Well, why does D.Va have a Junker skin? AU isn’t bending the lore, it’s simply a “could have been” there’s hardly room for confusion there. And while they have been lazy ever since the first batch, they’re perfectly capable of giving skins their own lore blurbs.
I cant answer why she has a Junker skin, for all we know she has a history with the Junkers somehow. But we don’t know much about her lore. Again, if they want to give Ana the skin thats fine but I just don’t think its likely and if they do it probably won’t be until next year.
She’s not with Talon, though. She never was.
