for the lowest pickrate dps hero and the 2nd least picked hero in the GAME blizzard sure as crap isnt trying to get more people to play her
its not like shes hard to make skins for she has 2 past event skins and the last time she got a battle pass skin was season 2 and it was just epic
excluding the common and base recolor league skins there are 14 skins you can have for echo. this includes all epics (even the default ones which are ugly as sin) and legendaries as well as the legendary OWL skins

youd think that part of an effort to make more people play the game would be to start by making the least picked hero picked more often and the easiest way to do that without messing w game balance would be to add more skins…

Honestly Echo is the easiest hero to get skins for. Brilliant idea, theme echo around other hero’s. She copies them right? so give an echo skin with dva colors, put her in a cowboy hat for Mcree and so on.

Therefore, skins for her wouldnt sell as well.

i remember i along w a lot of people personally left the game because they kept having crap idea after crap idea with regards to game balance but i feel like game balance is way better now
like im saying Blizzard Hey if you wanna bring more people who bought your game when you released it back fix ur characters popularity
oh yeah i forgot about that but still echo feels like a character that nobody plays LOL i feel like she should get more love but im definitely biased because i really like to play her
