Can we get M+K already?

I still don’t understand why it’s not a default option to use a M+K on console?

This would defeat the whole issue of MK being used through emulators, and would open up cross play as an option?

Beacuse m+k have an unfair advantage on controller users, they should never crossover with PC.

In comp***. If there was cross play for qp and arcade and such, I think it would be fine. Especially if they had an option to enable cross play or not.

Arcade maybe, but cross play should be stuck between Consoles, such as Xbox one and PS4

The majority of console players use controllers. Allowing mkb freely would create an unfair environment for those that don’t readily have a keyboard and can’t easily get one

m+k and controller have very different positives and negatives. Any game that wants to tout itself as “skill based” should never involve crossplay, piss off Apex Legends, crossplay for competitive games is a joke and as such can only be taken about that seriously

If MK becomes a legitimate option within the game where you don’t have to use emulators, then there is no advantage because it’s an option that anyone can have.

Expect it is an advantage because m+k users are able to be more controlled with their movements and aim. Something console users can’t.

But an option, nearly no one wants. Most bought a console because it’s a console, if we wanted m+k we would’ve bought a PC.

That’s the type of reply that never helps anybody and it’s just spam. They talking about consoles here, if they did not want to play on console this discussion wouldn’t even exist. This is just pointless.

what about making mkb players on console forced to play with pc players only, and controller player have crossplay between each other to make queues on console less split.

yeh ok i’m not dropping 2k to get a pc that 1. i have to spend a ton of money to get a screen for it. 2. it takes ages to find a place to put it and wire it up. and finally 3. the number one reason i will never get a pc: The toxic communities.

I’m a console player for life, not everyone needs a pc kid.

From what I understand, in apex cross play is one way, if a console player wants to play with a friend on pc they are put in a match with pc players

It is a little different than all of them being lumped into the same matchmaking pool, but that doesnt really solve any of the issues with competitive integrity. The difference in the two is just too different, and if your game is designed around who is more skillful it doesnt change the fact that the two should never be allowed to meet. Crossplay in games at this point is basically just a gimmick still, and the only game Ive seen really pull it off without issue is Rocket League, because EVERYONE uses a controller on that regardless.

Aim assist isn’t as good as m+k and being able to aim for yourself.

If they ever do add m+k, which would be a terrible idea, they should only play with PC players.
