Here’s a great experience I just had:
Playing Open Queue. We’re doing very well against the enemy. Enemy players keep leaving. On second match, everyone on the enemy team except one player leaves. They are all replaced by god-tier veteran players and we are stomped the last two matches and can do literally nothing. Great match maker!
That’s not comp though.
Whether you win or lose is 80% determined by your teammates every game. If your teammates stayed and you lost, it would be the exact same outcome.
This is not posted in the comp forum, and the title just says losing games due to leavers. This was a game lost due to leavers.
Damn, sorry for sharing my experience. I’ll make sure to never do it again I apologize deeply.

Once again, that’s IF my team doesn’t leave and we lose. You are basically stating nothing other than you don’t have a clue on how to respond after I have told that you aren’t giving any detail, info or winning the argument in any way, shape or form.
You aren’t helping your argument by saying “Well, if you r were team was there”, cool dude! You stated the obvious reason on why I created this thread, my team wasn’t there.
That’s just not true. its a 50/50 on the team winning/ if one player leaves its then 60/40 then 70/30 and so on. The chances of you winning a match in a “team game” as you said it is would be even if both teams are full. Being down a player in a game so focused on team play is a determent you can’t control and you shouldn’t be penalized for it.

What are the chances of winning if you have 5 bad players on your team?
That is not what this thread is about at all, you are once again not stating anything related to this post… The post is if my team is not present (i.e. not in the game, afk, etc) and I lose… Not if I just get the unlucky pick of the draw on bad players.
Once again the game is winnable WITH bad players, not winnable with 0 teammates!
What is the difference between having 4 throwers on your team and having 4 leavers? You lose either way, right?
a lot better than have no players on your team. plus if your whole team is bad then you’d also be fighting bad players because you’d be in very low elo. also that isn’t the point of this thread, the point is that you shouldn’t be panelized for having a team mate leave in a comp game and not get a loss for something you cant control
Not necessarily, still a winnable situation if I have throwers. Not winnable at all if I have 0 teammates. Do you not understand how these circumstances exist? Or are you just trying to be so “I am always right”, that you can’t see what I am saying?
You can’t control your teammates so you are always getting wins or losses for something you can’t control.
Once again true, however, not related to the original forum post. Please understand and recognize that those are two COMPLETELY different outcomes for multiple reasons. Bad teammates = still teammates who can help win the game, on the other hand No teammates = No chance of winning a 1v5

but at least they’re playing the game and trying to win instead of leaving. the point is leaving. if i get bad players then i just have to play better to win and that’s fine with me but if i’m in a 1v5 i shouldn’t get a loss for that. please stick to the topic of the thread, if you’re not going to then why are you commenting here?
I’ve done it before. Never have I won with four leavers on my team. So delusional? No, I just don’t have to use outside factors to win an argument. You are not speaking about the forum post and just trying to add more confusion to get your point across which isn’t how you should do it.

Are you now going off subject because you’re losing the argument? Yes. Am I on an alt account? No, you can check both Twitch channels. This is a buddy of mine who just agrees with the subject. Not including, there are another handful of players above who agreed too, you and one other didn’t.
