Bastion benefited zero from the global HP buff for everyone and the fact that the projectiles have become larger.
Bastion is still a good pick for but since diving is really popular, he is defenseless and the enlarged projectiles make it even easier to hit him (it’s a big target anyway) as long as he doesn’t have his turret form and that’s the ult too I don’t understand it either
What they gotta is give assault mode that change to Bastion’s primary in the Mirrorwatch where it’s a shotgun…
I think he would be fine if he was a tiny bit smaller like 10-15%

New bastion ability : bird seed
Bastion launches bird seeds (spraying projectile) on an enemy that gets peaked to death by Ganymede for 5 strait playing hours (it continues on others games) or until the target dies.
In case seeds are sprayed on multiple enemies, Ganymede will start beakering the opponent with the most seeds on him, then the next with the most seeds when the previous is dead, and so on…
Ganymede will sing a song with each corpse he makes, becoming more and more creepy for kills sprees.
Dmg : 69 dmg per second for each seed on the target
Cooldown : 1,5 seconds.
Not reflectable.
