Why Mercy is an issue in OW2 (the civil version)

Talking about Mercy has devolved into plain insults and hateful comments. I am not a huge Mercy fan, but it’s still pretty messed up to resort to homophobia to express a dislike towards a certain hero. What ends up happening is just a mess of flagging and pointing fingers.
