With all the Sombra nerfs incoming, that’s not an unreasonable request is it? It’s not even a buff really, just makes it easier for the team to capitalize on the hack, especially if the Sombra is not in voice.
Actually when I first started playing Sombra I was very surprised to find out that this wasn’t already in the game. Seems very logical to me, and super easy to program too, almost couldn’t be simpler. Or is there some reason that Blizzard isn’t adding this that I’m not seeing? Would it be unfair to… I dunno, someone? Or does Blizzard just not care?
Would be really cool to get this now anyway, might also mitigate the Sombra hate a little bit, if her teammates can easier see how many enemies she’s actually hacking.
Shoot, ignore the skull; just make the Swirl around Hacked enemies purple and Hacked allies Red. There’s no reason that a debuff should be blending into the character model.
It kinda boggles me why they dont do it for players, but can do it for AI in PvE modes…
