All you have provided is a well known issue with certain heroes physical models making their movements more exaggerated when crouching or spamming.
Everyone has known this since 2016. You have provided nothing substantive.
Not only that, but as someone that actually plays the game at a high level and is very familiar with many of the more niche mechanics, what you have shown is literally not advantageous to the player attempting it - it literally makes their head easier to hit. It is literally counter to your entire argument.

AD spam is such a bad strategy you literally just have to aim in the center of their hitbox and click to counter it with near 100% effectiveness, and you still think itâs actually an issue?
Thereâs a reason you hardly actually see simple AD spam by high ranked players, dude. It doesnât work. You have to have movement mixups. Which I have talked to you about who even knows how many times by now.

Prediction is sort of dead in Overwatch because of the game having zero movement acceleration. Basically every projectile hero in Overwatch relies on a certain lvl of spam to be viable. In fact they are balanced around it.
It is impossible to predict the movement of an individual that can instantly change its direction, meaning these heroes rely on luck to actually hit anything.
I barely play the game because its boring because every game is hitscan and tracer I want to switch it up a bit play against different characters and play different characters without losing Im on a derank spree because Ive been trying to learn doomfist genjis basically out of the question his a hard core throw because his not viable.
I want to play something fun and different if I wanted to play Soldier 76 and Cassidy every game id play CSGO

Plats 3 is a high rank in valorant equvilent to masters in this game by percentage of playerbase and I cant get out of plat in OW because its so team based and I play for fun not to sweat ill bookmark this and ill go get masters and then ill reply to this and u gonna feel like a dum dum Im 70% winrate on almost all season from what I remember so I can probably climb fast if I play more.

By adding movement acceleration, youâd have to change a significant number of mechanics in the game to accommodate. Movement acceleration heavily favors hitscan, so at bare minimum if you added it and changed nothing, the game would immediately get worse for you.
To balance it appropriately, almost every hero in the game would require massive balancing changes to damage, movement abilities, hit boxes, etc.
Movement acceleration would mean very little for heroes with high mobility. You say you want to learn doomfist - well, he would be completely unaffected by such changes since his entire play style has nothing to do with it. They all cancel out his current momentum on use. Tracerâs blink would still be instantaneous - and at the higher ranks, most Tracers dont stand in front of you and just A-D spam, they blink around you. You might be able to beat out the cheesy tracers in plat that you have trouble with now, but once you get higher, their positioning and movement is going to be more intelligent than âhow fast can i spam A-D-Ctrl.â Most of them will probably kill you before you can react, and if not will blink+180 and finish you off.
CC abilities also now become far more punishing since theyâd be easier to land. Landing a hook with hog becomes easier. Landing sleep becomes easier. etc etc.
Itâs the equivalent to about mid-diamond in Overwatch by percentile, not sure where youâre getting masters from, and yet still substantially lower than me in both games. Also, diamond is still considered bad in Overwatch. Players donât even begin to understand complexities about roles until like low masters at the absolute earliest.
Iâve yet to meet someone below 3700 that has even the most fundamental understanding of tanking, for example.
I solo queued to GM on every role except Support. Common crying point of âIâm stuck bad gameâ.
