I main lucio and I saw that there was this new legendary emote and I just had to have it so I bought the owl credits for it and it won’t let me buy it with my credits is anyone else having this problem?

Open a ticket and ask for a refund. Considering it wasn’t supposed to be purchasable and they still showed it, you should be able to get a refund.

I have the same problem
First, BurgUndy is not what I names myself but that’s fine idc. Two, I am very upset about the lucio emote. I feel like I spent money for tokens I didn’t want just to get the emote and now I cannot get the emote so I just have tokens I don’t want. I just wanted the emote. I read about how it wasn’t supposed to be able to be purchased, but my friend bought it two days before I tried and she uses it so I do not understand how I cannot purchase it as well.
I just wanted to jam out with my team😭
