What is Biotic Fusion? I’m assuming it’s when the orbs slow down to heal/damage. But, I couldn’t find the info on the wiki.

Everything up until the section labeled “Competitive Updates” are changes for the Junkenstein’s Laboratory halloween mode. The ability names refer to the mutation modifiers you can pick.

I strongly recommend giving it a try. It’s a lot of fun 
Why would they put the event notes above the normal game notes? I honestly don’t care about events, as I can’t replay them whenever I want (when out of season)
These patch notes are for the entire game, not just the normal modes.

The reason is because the game mode is currently the big thing in the game. You may not play it, but it’s quite literally the most heavily advertised aspect of the game right now and its extremely popular.
They also very commonly put patch notes unrelated to the normal game at the top. It’s just a matter of what the most important and relevant changes are.
