Hello I am unsure of what to do to fix this error.
So far I have tried:
Clearing all the local folders, app data local data etc…
Using a new user on my PC with admin privileges.
It keep " Installing battle.net" going from 19% up to 25% then dropping right back down and I don’t know how to fix this I really just wanna play Classic WOW on my vacation.

The best I can recommend is to hop on a VPN and seeing if your ISP has a routing problem.
