I am trying to get a close friend of mine to play with me on Overwatch. He hasn’t been able to log in for a few days. He has even been banned several times because of this. His computer specs are pretty good and his drivers are up to date. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
How was he banned if he’s unable to log in? Failing to provide the correct login credentials would not result in a ban.
I would encourage your friend to troubleshoot the issue himself by contacting customer service (open a ticket). You cannot request or receive info on someone else’s account.
