You have not listed what graphics card you are running, but I am assuming so far yes. However your processor does NOT meet the recommended system requirements, only the minimum system requirements. You may be required to play the game at low settings this being the case and may experience performance issues.
Overwatch runs pretty smoothly across the board but your processor is just at the minimum requirements meaning you’ll have to run on low settings assuming you own no graphics card
