It’s going on 4 years and I’ve yet to see a single fair match (skill and coordination on both sides are equal). Can you please just hard-code ONE such match? I don’t even care if I lose. If I get ONE such match I will quit forever and not bother you anymore.

That would require them to put high skill with high skill on a team, and then put them against high skill with high skill.
Instead They think all high skill on both sides isnt fair to the lowbies apparently.
Like they wont get better playing against their equal skill.
It hurts everyone in the game in the long run because you get people who are over confident who are bad and people who think their the worst but are amazing.
There pretty much has never been a point where ive said “wow look how balanced this match is!”
It would help if they actually took your stats into account for your rating but they don’t.
If they did a mmr reset everyone would be shocked where they land.
Even if they match it fair statistically, there is no accounting for people.

Absolute fairness is not possible, however if in 4 years you have never got a relatively fair match, then you never will because it is not the game that is the problem, it is your perception.

ever tried balancing a baseball bat on a knife? that’s what i imagine balancing a fair match would be like.
With objectives on the field, it becomes less clear how fair things could be between a team that barely got 3 ticks, vs a team stuck on 2 ticks…
the easiest way to hard code this would be a 6v6 of Brigitte only maybe… Don’t think i wanna go through that again tho
