It seems his arrow hitbox is so big and Tracer so small, that he can do only headshots. It is really an exception if it is not a headshot when Hanzo kills me.

Tracer wants to fight up close, where Hanzos projectile speed doesnt matter as much. Thus he has an somewhat easier time lining up his shot.

3 ways to deal with Tracer as Hanzo:
- Bodyshot+fast melee her to “one-shot” her.
- Headshot her. You don’t need to fully draw your bow to kill her with a hs. Around 2 thirds of they way is more than enough.
- SCATTEAU

I have this weird feeling about widow x hanzo, widow is autoheadshot for Hanzo.

He can do things up-close that Widow can only dream of. Something is seriously wrong with his arrow hitbox.

His hitbox is fine, no bigger than a Genji shuriken. Hanzo has more field of vision than Widow has up close.

yeah the devs have stated about the arrow hitbox that it is one of the smallest in the game. i don’t see why people think it’s wrong.

In Total Mayhem, i can do some headshot on Tracer.
So it’s not impossible.
Headshot is not the hard part for Hanzo, it is bodyshot.
Looking at overbuff Hanzos crit rate is 6,6%. For comparison Widow has 15,4%.

legit i dont know what about it is about tracer but she seems to have an appetite for arrows and will catch them with her mouth if she see ones
I’ve fired shots that should never hit and somehow a Tracer will just walk right into it, I’ve turned around after I’ve been hit by her for the first time - shoot a wild arrow and somehow its a head shot and I don’t even know where she is yet and shot down into a random spot trying to hit someone else and trace blinks in and takes the arrow to the head that was about to miss someone by a mile

I am pretty sure legs are considered bodyshot. Probably forearms as well. Stomach, chest and shoulders are headshots.
At close range Hanzo arrows are essentially better hitscan - work instantly with huge leeway to compensate for the “delay”.
As some1 who loves sniper fights I can say that Widows tend to be rather stationary and Hanzo can easily aim for the head aided by the trail left from Widow shots.

His arrows are tiny.
And bodyshots on Tracer happens. But why are you aiming at her body when you can focus in her head?
Tracer is also shorter.

Pretty sure Wraxu would hate everyone in this forum.
One of the best Hanzo players in the world doesn’t have an easy time against Tracer, in fact he constantly complains about her.
