Can Echo earn other heroes' achievements?

Can Echo earn other heroes’ achievements while using Duplicate? I wouldn’t be surprised either way, but I hadn’t yet seen anyone talk about it.

Just like genji if you deflect ults or abilities, you can get achievements with duplicate

It would be great that if you earn another Hero’s achivement with Echo, you get a new version of the cute/pixel Spray of that Hero (For exemple, I think Genji gets his cute spray by having 4 kills with Dragonblade)

Then if you get 4 Dragonblade kills as Echo Genji, you’ll unlock (for Genji) a new Cute Animated spray, which would be the regilar cute spray but with that weird blue texture that is used when Echo duplicates another hero…

…Was that clear…?

PFFT HAHAHA, go try Baptiste then ! I managed to get his Pixel spray which is actually super hard to get, but his CUTE SPRAY ?! LMFAO good luck with that one !

But actually yeah, I do agree that Doomfist’s spray is hard to get

Managed it like week 2 of Baptiste actually without really trying (kings row def)…just play cautiously…I remember it took like 5 windows…but after my first one did like 1000 dmg (I remember seeing the number) I pretty much did it entirely with healing…

And I think that would be my recommendation…focus on healing as it’s a lot harder to coordinate it’s dmg use…healing you can just pop it for yourself when you see everyone low or know big dmg is coming

Fun fact: up until late last year doomfist was my most played hero even though I despise playing him and hadn’t touched him in like 2 years…it was all purely from me spending several months early on trying to get achieve…I eventually gave up

I used to be a big Baptiste Main back in Season 19, and, I never managed to get his Cute Spray. I never managed to get my Team shooting through the Window, and as Baptiste it’s important to stay near enough to your team for the Healing Burst, and also because you’re a very easy target for Hitscans

Personally confirmed… Just got Diva’s ‘Shot Down’ shield achievement while duplicating with Echo.

Not sure but I know Genji can if he deflects an ultimate. I got Mei’s achievement for freezing 4 people at once by deflecting her ultimate. I don’t know if they made it so that couldnt happen but it was possible at one point since I did get an achievement for Mei using Genji.

Doomfist is hard, but I think Mercy’s new achievement to resurrect 6 people without dying is hard now with the rez nerfs and you cant change characters and switch back to get the achievement. Not only does a game need to last long enough for Mercy to get 6 resurrects, but they need to be ones that she survives through. And resurrect is situational enough.

Not the hardest, but with the nerfs to it, its probably hard to do. Thank god I got it before her rework.

Yes. She can.
