There was absolutely no reason to remove this.
Perhaps it was removed because so many people hated pre-shieldbash-nerf Brigitte that Blizzard gave her that minor nerf just so they could say “we nerfed Brigitte”?

Trimping is something that coincidentally ended up being in both TF2 and Overwatch, because both have shield bashing.
It’s where you shield bash into a slope and go flying.
The terminology never became common in Overwatch because trimping was so short lived, it was pretty quickly patched out.

Seems like an odd example to give, given that there’s no obvious slope there and just one of those invisible slopes that’s automatically generated by Hammer.
Was just the first short trimp video I saw. Sure it got the point across though.
