True - but itâs still unsettling that the democratic frontrunner thinks as a white guy can tell black people what makes them black or not? Infact, the whole thing about him saying ANYTHING is about skin color or what makes you that skin color - he did literally say in the context of him saying it - VOTING DEMOCRAT IS A PART OF BLACK IDENTITY in his eyes.
I donât like anyone that has anything to say about race and what it is. Because to me, race is a nothing to me, itâs a non factor, Iâm mixed to high hell and no political faction likes me, too white, too âprogressiveâ too âconservativeâ. Itâs hard to agree with either side when there is so much BS on the sides that doesnât belong attached to what we actually want. I just have my own views, but Iâma be smeared in every camp because I donât hold ALL of their views. Kinda why I have such a bad opinion on current politics, the increasing race based politics has actually gotten me shoved around and dismissed more than ever before BASED ON THE COLOR OF MY SKIN AND THE BELIEFS I HOLD. Politics as a whole is slimy, and race based politics, thatâs a big no from me. So you wonât be surprised to find me deeply unsettled when someone running for president makes it openly about race in such a bad way.
Now Iâm even still to the left of center, I canât honestly vote for that - itâs just sad. Itâs really sad.

I think youâre conflating simple, easy and effective methods of reducing risk like wearing a mask with living in fear. I donât put a seat belt on because I am afraid, I put it on as a precaution. I am not afraid of driving my vehicle, but I am aware of the risks involved with potentially colliding with another vehicle or object, and that the seat belt increases my chance of survival should an accident occur.
Similarly, I donât wear a face mask because I am afraid. I wear it because it reduces the chances of infection in the event that someone around me has contracted the illness. It is an even more effective protection for others around me in the event that I contract it. So, I wear it not because I am afraid, but because Iâm responsible and also not a jerk.
