its a lighting bolt with a circle around it.
The second symbol is 3 rectangles.
Both symbols were on the left top side of the screen
I guess its a connection related one?

One of them means latency.
The other means packet loss.
They’re on the Blizzard support site about connection issues so I’d recommend you look there.

like Crazyshark1 said they are appear when experiencing connection issues. they will appear even if its only small connection issues so if you are not really experiencing lags its not so much to worry about.
if you are lagging and need help figuring out the cause, you may want to make a post in the technical support rather than in general discussion.
