purchased watchpoint pack and played the beta no issue, however i tried to play ow1 and it says “can’t use this content. to use this content please purchase it”
if i tried to purchase the game, it says “you can’t purchase this product … you already own the following product that conflicts with the product your trying to buy: overwatch”
very confused as i am going around in circles

We recommend contacting Sony for more assistance on this issue. We are unable to see the purchase on our end and can’t help to much with console issues.

I ran into the same issue except I can’t even download the beta after buying watchpoint pack. and they blamed you guys. so Im going in circles as well. they mentioned errors on your guys end for making the pack be purchasable infinite times and such and so hands were tied. clarity on things would be nice
