I have been forced to play overwatch 2 on my Xbox now because the matchmaking on PlayStation is stuck at < 7 mins I am not sure what is wrong but it only Affects me on PlayStation, please help ?
I had the same problem. Somehow my cross platform matching was switched off. I turned that back on and got my normal 1-3 min match making time. Hope this helps!
