I cant buy golden guns, when i go to the heros, any heros and try to unlock a golden gun, the box is greyed out and doesn’t show the 3000 points to unlock. I am not trying to merge my account either.

Been having the same issue since ow2 release. Someone actually responded to my ticket saying that it’s a “known account merging issue”. I can see I have more than 4500 competitive coins but the unlock button just does not work. It’s getting ridiculous.

I also have the greyed out unlock with no price, hoping it was cuz I didn’t have enough points yet, I’ve never played OW1 so I’m not merging an account, hope they fix this, glad to see I’m not the only one though.
have the exact same problem, no price and greyed out and i never played ow1, nearly have enough points to buy one buy im worried i wont be able to

Well mines greyed out but i was still able to buy mine. You need to have 3000 comp coins
