Can’t accept new terms of service?

The new legal agreement keeps popping up whenever I try opening OW2 (on ps4), I’ve agreed to it each time it’s come up but it still won’t let me enter the game. I tried checking my battle.net account, but it’s now logged me out and is coming up with the same pop ups telling me I need to accept the new terms of service (even though I already HAVE, several times now).

Exactly the same thing here. Paying 100€ a game and I can’t play it because this is bugged. I hope it’s getting fixed soon

Hey everyone, i sat here on ps5 hitting it repeatedly since i first seen this thread… After i dunno 400+ times it worked, i assume severs are lagging amd too many trying to access at same time blah blah…give it some attempts it will work

Yeah found a way that works for me , when you open battle.net press the option to open without logging in , i then opened overwatch like that from the app and it promted me to login on overwatch , logged in on there and made me accept the tos and the accept actually worked on there. Hope this helps :slight_smile: .

edit (10:33 pc UTC) i’ve been able to get it i kept disconnecting and reconnect my internet idk if that did anything

Yea Same here on PC im very Pissed right now. Blizzard gets badder and badder.

Happened to me on PS4, I had to try about 25 times.

I’m having the same issue, however the workaround posted by cool doesn’t work for me. The game keeps prompting open my web browser to accept the new EULA.

Same here on PS5, tried rebooting and scrolling all the way down before accepting. Just doesn’t work.

Same here, PS4. I even tried scrolling through all the pages of the TOS, it still doesn’t let me into the game.
