IMO, the biggest thing they could do remove the cheapness from her kit is tone down her self-healing from Inspire. I am very confident this is the central problem with her state of balance.

i belive the main problem with her kit could easily fixed with this:

BARRIER SHIELD

• Barrier shield regeneration reduced from 100 to 75
• Barrier shield time until regeneration starts increased from 2 to 5 seconds

Increasing the window of punishment for brigs that overcommit and lsoe their shield and encourage better shield managment
