⚠️Burst-Fire Hitscan

I actually created a hero with burst fire specifically in mind. Take a look:

For his weapon, we were thinking about a Assault Rifle, but have it only be burst fire with an alt fire mode. 76 is fully auto, but the spread encourages you to use burst. Talon AR would only be burst, no auto. No one uses burst fire in the game right now.

This weapon is also unique because it would be the first weapon in the game that you could use ADS (aiming down sight). FPS are known for having ADS, yet no one can do this
