I levelled up Bap to level 25 but didn’t get the epic lootbox reward. It still appears locked. This bug does not seem to affect any of the other heroes I levelled up as far as I know. I thought it might have something to do with the completion check, so I levelled him up again to 26 and the lootbox still appears locked and the “Levels to next reward” shows -1.
