Bug whit a in game Purchase

I bought the 10 Battel pass ups in the shop, but they weren’t shown to me or weren’t added at all. Then I tried again but that didn’t work. In the end I spent 4000 OW credits for 20 levels up and support told me I couldn’t get my money back. Besides: I was already over level 125 when I bought these packs. Since then I’ve played my way up to almost level 132 or so, so there’s no way the levels have been added to that. I wanted the levels for season 10 not for season 11. I’ve been waiting 2 days now and nothing has happened. There’s a bug in your game and I can’t even get my money (coins) back…

I think I’ve got the levels now with the new season. But it’s really a shame that there’s nothing written in the Ow shop that says it’s not for the premium/prestieg levels. If you read this, dear Blizzard, please correct it because I feel really ripped off by you.

Did you use a credit card? You can ask for a credit back due to double purchase, or unfulfilled merchandise/service. That being said, if you used your parents’ card, I suggest you read the fine print and think twice about spending that money next time. If I remember correctly, the level ups only applies to the normal Battlepass levels up to 80 and not the prestige levels.

I paid for it myself with PayPal and bought the game currency. Was in the Ow shop and wanted to buy it. Normally there is something written on the right but it only said 10 levels so I didn’t think anything of it. Because otherwise it should only be written up to level 80. Then I went to Battle Net again and looked if I could return it, but there was no option even though the purchase was shown to me there.
