That is not a bug report, but a crash report that you get when you see this form:
First if you have not already, please try to work through these standard steps to make sure there are no common problems on your system.
If you worked through that troubleshooting guide, and you are still having crashes frequently, you can start a support ticket with Blizzard tech support provide them that code and they may have a good idea of what to do to resolve your specific crash.
