I get that the devs ignore general discussion but why the heck do they ignore the bug report forums??? Im losing my mind over this one audio bug i keep experiencing every single update since OW2 dropped, made over 30 posts about it, and its STILL HAPPENING.

Because they don’t know what they are doing and don’t want to admit their game is full of bugs and flaws.

They rarely directly respond even there. If you’ve provided enough information for them to duplicate the bug, you may see it appear on the known bug list pinned at the top of the section. Or it will just get randomly fixed in a future update.
Or it will never get fixed because they can’t find the source of the bug. Like a lot of people’s data transfer between Overwatch and OW2.

I’m usually not this pessimistic here, but honestly, I opened a thread in technical assistance asking a very simple question about the camera controls when watching a reply.
I had to keep commenting on the thread just to make sure it wouldn’t automatically close after 30 days. Kept it open for 3 months.
And mind you, I wasn’t replying and being a jerk like “wtf, can I get an answer?” I would simply say “bumping for visibility” or something like that. No answer after three months.
I just let the thread die a silent death and from that point on completely wrote off any hope of ever getting help in there.
Sorry, they only listen to pro-players on twitch/youtube when it comes to bugs that need fixing.
