twice now when loading into a match I get stuck on the loading screen that lists everyone’s names. I get kicked by being afk and suspended, then i tried leaving to get back into it but i get suspended for leaving. This is messed up and has affected my rank, please investigate and i would like my progress back pls.

Happened to me too I haven’t been able to figure out where to report the bug and I’m always deferred to this forum because it’s the most active post about this issue but I load into a game unable to select a character and I get kicked for inactivity and then penalized for 15 minutes even though I didn’t do anything wrong. You’d think with all the money they make charging dumbasses for skins that they could fix a simple bug like this but they just don’t care because people just keep giving them money.
It has happened to me 3 times in the past 2 days. 2 Comp Games and 1 time in a Custom game.
In the custom Game leaving and rejoining did not help since I just “spawned” at the same spot in the map unable to pick a hero. The Custom Game owner had to restart the game to fix it.
The 2 Comp games I just got kicked from and got a penalty for it. This is the replay code for one of the Comp games: 2KY0QH
