Bug Error HF-504

I tried to record my highligts and I am disconnected with this error : HF-504

Do you know this problem ? And have you resolve this ? Thanks for your answer

EDIT : sorry for double post but I had a same problem for waiting a competitive game and I was disconnected, losing 50 points and my reputation… With the same error HF-504.
