Buffs and nerfs for some heroes

Season 12 brought another round of weird balance changes. Some 225 supports are more squishy than they should
Some balance changes i would like:

D.va : Fusion Cannons Spread : 3.375 → 3.50

Pharah: She can now 2 shot several heroes, so she should do less damage
Damage : 120 → 110

Hanzo: 225 health has a logic behind, since he is good at both long and short range. But he needs some compensation buffs.
My ideas are: either his projectile speed to get faster : 25 - 110 m/s → 35 - 120 m/s
or lunge (double jump) max range to be increased : 7.85 meters → ~ 10 meters, so he can escape better when dived, or bring back the arrow draw progress while wall climbing. Lastly his sonic arrow could get a cd reduction (12 → 10) and the vision radius could get increased ( 9 → 12m). Some thoughts. I don’t know how else he could get buffed

If they keep 225 heroes , maybe (and logically as one of the most mobile hero) Genji should become one (250 → 225) but for compensation his Shuriken damage could be increased to 29 (from 27). He could also get 200 hp and 25 regen shields to help him while diving.

Sombra got buffed again without much reason. They could at least nerf her Virus Dot damage to 80 (from 90).

Echo got hit quite hard with the 225 hp , without getting any compensation buff, but i really can’t find any buff for her. She has it all but she is one of the highest skill ceiling heroes of the game

As for supports
Juno needs a buff. 225 is a bit too much for her. If they want to keep her hp to 225 , they need to buff her Glide Boost speed a bit, so she can escape dives. Also one idea for her is to revert her fire rate but make her shoot 10 ammo per shot But also implement 1.50x headshot damage while firing enemies. So:
Mediblaster:
Damage: 84 → 70 (per burst) , up to 105 damage with headshot.

Headshot: Yes , 1.50x , while damaging

Bullets per shot: 12 → 10

Fire rate: Reverted back to testing time

Only thig i would like to see from what you have mention is Hanzo to never be able to HS again

Yes, i never mentioned about Hanzo’s headshots one shot… That’s why i said to be buffed in other areas

I disagree with increasing weapon spread, I’d rather they nerf raw damage or rate of fire. Making the game less consistent isn’t something I like.

But the heroes she 2-shots are of the “mobile, and therefore can more easily avoid directs” variety. Even Hanzo with his dash.

My vote would be for reduced charge time on his primary. There’s little reason for it being as slow as it is when he can’t just pop a 250. If they don’t want his dps increased much, they can increase the delay between firing an arrow and nocking the next. I’d rather have the charge time reduction over faster arrow nocking for a more responsive feel.

She was underperforming before, that’s why. The movespeed buff is actually interesting considering her biggest downside is downtime. The devs reducing her downtime can open her up to receiving some kind of real nerf, should she overperform in the coming period of time.

She doesn’t need any conpensation yet, as she was one of the best heroes in the game before the nerf.

The main thing for me is the rate of fire nerf making her gun feel a little awkward. Fix that, and she’ll be fine. She doesn’t need headshots, we have enough dps masquerading as supports.
