Buff/Nerf Ideas

Note: I don’t expect ANY of these to come to the game but if someone agrees then that’s fine with me.

Tank:

D.Va - Defense Matrix cooldown increased from 1 to 1.5 seconds

Orisa - The ammo count increased from 150 to 175 and projectile speed decreased

Reinhardt - Hammer damage decreased from 85 to 70 and swing speed decreased

Roadhog - Hook range increased from 20 meters to 30 meters while the recovery time to shoot the scrap gun again is increased

Sigma - Shield health increased from 100 to 150 while base health is decreased to 250 (Total health is still 400) Hyperspheres direct hit damage decreased from 60 to 40

Winston - Damage increased from 60 to 65 however bubbles cooldown is decreased from 13 to 11 seconds

Note: This was to make Winston more of a main tank than he already is so the bubble cooldown allows him to shield more often.

Wrecking Ball/Hammond - Shields now grant ultimate charge however the amount gained is increased from 75 to 80

Zarya - Beam range increased from 15 to 20 meters however the damage at 100 charge is decreased from 170 per second to 150 per second
Self Bubble - Health increased from 200 to 225 however the duration is decreased from 2 to 1 second

Damage:

Ashe - Scoped damage increased from 75 to 80 however the rate of fire was increased from 1.54 shots per second and 0.65 recovery to 1.7 shots per second and 0.8 recovery
Note: This change was made so that Ashe can be a viable substitute to Cassidy and Widowmaker

Bastion - Sentry mode rate of fire decreased from 30 rounds per second to 20 rounds per second
Tank mode - Direct damage decreased from 205 to 150

Cassidy - Health decreased from 225 back down to 200 and the fire rate of his primary fire has been decreased from 2 shots per second to 1 shot per second
