Bring back OW1 damage to punish these sustain shield tanks Rein/ Sigma who are op right now. Also to punish the cheese hero Bastion who has way too much hp in assault mode since you can’t really crit him.

Agreed, but I will die on the hill that aim isn’t a very important skill in OW unless you play Hanzo or Widowmaker. You can get to GM without great aim.

You need good aim with hitscans, the rest of the cast get carried by their broken ultimate’s/ abilities.
Genji bladebotting to victory, Ana getting carried by nano. Mercy with an ultimate on cooldown resurrect holding down m1, m2. Mei walling the tank farming them holding down m1, Bapt carried by immortality field an ultimate on cooldown, Junkrat double mine spam/ riptire.
How bout you shoot the damn shields?

Yuck, Storm Arrows is the most boring part of him. I wouldn’t care one bit if it was deleted tomorrow.
Give him back 125 projectile speed instead.
