Give enemies affected by it a mark, just like her ult, headshotting them creates a mini sun explosion (same as her ult but less damage)

Fine enough to compete with Ana’s utility?

Maybe add Stun to her outburst with a little longer cooldown.
She got more survivability than ana.and surviving is the name of the game for sups
