can we buff emp from 25% to 35%
with the current hp pool buff they didnt even adressed her ult

well… it’s percentage-based, it already scales, no? its best quality is the 3s lock-out and barrier destruction anyway

EMP is a strong ult (in the right hands, not in the “I didn’t tell anyone in my team and I ulted alone”. How many quad high noons do you see? Cause I allowed a cassidy to have a quad high noon by giving the heads up. he saw my tele and started the high noon just before I ulted, causing all their defensive strats useless). I see no reason for buffs. Also, relative numbers are relative to increases so it’s already buffed.
Please god no it also does 3.5 seconds of ability lockout and cancels a lot of abilities and ults

Only if they put her in a wheel chair so we can hear her squeaky wheels while stealthed and also see the grooves left by the tires.
Could you please give her back the OW1 EMP? The one that destroys shields and temporary health and suppresses abilities for 5 seconds?
After increasing the lockout they should have lowered the damage since it cancels a majority of other ults as well. Does a little to much at the moment.
