An endorsements needs to be equal to a report. You can have 5 out of 6 players be great on your team but you get that one toxic jerk that talks trash the whole time and then reports the 5 non toxic players. Even though you might get 3 endorsements from the other non toxic teammates, your endorsement rating drops because of that 1 toxic jerk exploiting your system and reporting everyone.

Well, in ordewr to achieave this equation, you have to do geometric math by adding up the chance of the bisector analysis and photosythesis the trigonomatric of the sospace toe conintuuem. Or just use waht I like to call “Stupid” Seeing tropic underwear is dumb
Endorsements is basically lootboxes for playing supports.

Outside of being a filter in LFG, endorsements mean NOTHING in this game.
They only implemented endorsements as a means to manage the perception that Blizzard was doing something to help manage toxic behavior in the game and encourage positive behavior.
Don’t worry about your endorsement level. Just play your game the best you can. I have been consistently endorsement level 4 and my behavior in game is no different from before endorsements were implemented.

I think it’s there to make the better players stand-out. More so than a punishment for bad players.
